About Us
We are a group of whisky lovers who set out to source and bottle exceptional casks of whisky and other spirits that appeal to the whisky lover’s palate.
We travel throughout the year to find and bottle great spirits at fair prices. Whilst our initial focus was on single malt scotch whisky, we also search out other spirits that may not yet have a devoted following among whisky drinkers, but are of exceptional quality and of interest to whisky drinkers from a flavour perspective.
Everything we bottle is selected based on our own preferred styles of spirit, and is chosen primarily for the palate of the whisky drinker, i.e. bourbon bottled for someone who primarily drinks single malt scotch whisky, rather than bourbon for someone who primarily drinks bourbon.

As we are about finding great spirits rather than about great marketing stories, we want to let the quality of our selections speak for themselves. We therefore bottle everything as it comes from the cask: without chill-filtration, without the addition of colour, and in the case of cognac, without the addition of sugar or boisé.
If we do not think a spirit is great or fairly priced, we will not bottle it.
What we release is primarily bottled for our whisky friends, but we are happy to be able to share some bottles with the wider whisky world.
Christian Dully, Founder
C. Dully Selection was founded in early 2019 by Christian Dully. Christian has loved whisky ever since trying his first Laphroaig outside of the distillery on a rainy Islay day in 2003. Over the years, Christian has travelled extensively through Scotland and can regularly be seen at whisky shows and festivals around Europe. In 2016, he and his close friend Pascal Galli began to host a series of whisky tastings to open up rare bottles and to taste them head-to-head with sister bottlings and casks. C. Dully Selection was founded in direct response to the comments about the changing whisky world that Christian heard at these tastings and at various whisky shows in recent years.
Rachael Dully
Rachael is Christian’s wife and the best taster at C. Dully Selection, with the sharpest nose and palate of the group. Like Christian, Rachael fell in love with whisky at Laphroaig Distillery, though on a sunny Islay day. She and Christian are at their happiest when they are in Scotland together, where they bask in the beautiful landscape, the friendly people, and the "water of life."
Pascal Galli
Pascal Galli is one of Christian’s closest friends and has been into whisky since the 1990s. He has seen the whisky world evolve over three decades and brings the experience of tens of thousands of whiskies tasted to C. Dully Selection. Pascal and Christian travel to Scotland together at least twice a year, and share very similar taste in whisky and cult movie quotes.
