We, Christian and Pascal, are two whisky enthusiasts dedicated to sourcing and bottling exceptional casks of whisky and other spirits that appeal to the discerning whisky lover’s palate.
We travel throughout the year to discover and bottle outstanding spirits at fair prices. While our core focus is always on single malt Scotch whisky, we also seek out other spirits that may not yet have a devoted following among whisky drinkers but are of exceptional quality and offer flavour profiles of interest to whisky lovers.
Everything we bottle is selected in line with our own preferred styles and according to our own high quality standards, with a focus on appealing to the Scotch whisky drinker’s palate—for example, bottling cognac that appeals to someone who primarily enjoys single malt Scotch whisky, rather than to a traditional cognac drinker.

Our strength lies in finding exceptional spirits, not in crafting marketing stories. Confident in the quality of the casks we select, we prefer to let our bottlings speak for themselves. Everything is bottled honestly, exactly as it comes from the cask—without chill filtration, without added colour, and, in the case of cognac, without added sugar or boisé.
If we do not consider a spirit to be truly exceptional or fairly priced, we simply will not bottle it.
We only bottle what we would happily drink and purchase ourselves.
Christian Dully, Founder
Christian is the founder and owner of C. Dully Selection. He has loved whisky ever since trying his first Laphroaig outside of the distillery on a rainy Islay day in 2003. Since then, Christian has tasted over 9,000 single malts.
Over the years, Christian has travelled extensively throughout Scotland and can regularly be seen at whisky shows and festivals in Europe and in Asia. In 2016, he and his close friend Pascal Galli began to host a series of whisky tastings to open up rare bottles and to taste them head-to-head with sister bottlings and casks. C. Dully Selection was founded in direct response to the comments about the changing whisky world that Christian heard at these tastings and at various whisky shows in recent years.
Pascal Galli, Whisky Expert
Pascal Galli is one of Christian’s closest friends and has been into whisky since the 1990s. He has seen the whisky world evolve over three decades and brings the experience of tens of thousands of whiskies tasted to C. Dully Selection. Pascal and Christian travel to Scotland together at least twice a year, and share very similar taste in whisky and cult movie quotes.
